Now on to my
project. For the feature on my card I have used the Sleigh Ride Edgelit Dies,
Christmas Greetings Thinlits Dies plus the Softly Falling Embossing Folder from
the Holiday Catalogue. The only Stamped piece on this card is the word
Christmas. I made 33 of these cards for a team training swap which was held
yesterday.
The Whisper White mat was embossed with the Softly
Falling Embossing Folder I then used a Night of Navy Stampin' Marker to ink up
the word Christmas from an Embellished Ornaments sentiment. The Night of Navy center is
actually a separate Oval which was cut and embossed then the White Craft Ink
pad was wiped across it and left overnight to dry, the Houses were cut
with the Sleigh Ride Framelit Die I added Marina Mist ink under the
Houses for the snow scene using a Sponge Dauber, then added Dazzling
Diamonds Glitter with the 2-Way Glue pen. This piece was then adhered to
the Night of Navy Oval which in turn was adhered to the underside of the
Whisper White Matt.
For each card this involved 6 cuts, 4 of them through the Big Shot (in total 132 cuts through the Big Shot), Which means I cut 196 pieces of cardstock and Embossed 66 pieces of cardstock in all.
Stamp set: Embellished Ornaments
Ink: Night of Navy, Marina Mist,Whisper White Craft Ink, Night of Navy Stampin’ Marker
Cardstock: Night of Navy, Whisper White,
Other: Big Shot, Magnetic Platform, Sleigh Ride Edgelit
Dies, Christmas Greetings Thinlits Dies, Ovals Collection Framelits,
Softly Falling Embossing Folder, Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, Finger Dauber,
Fine-Tip Glue Pen, 2-Way Glue Pen, Tombow Multipurpose Adhesive
Thanks for

So elegant!! Just beautiful!!
I love your card Sally. It must have taken you ages to make so many! The glitter just makes it.
wow that's a lot of cutting, I but the team were appreciative of you doing this for them. Such stunning cards with the set.
Love your cards Sally. So elegant.
Sally these cards are SO beautiful. Love all the little details like the glittery snow. Thanks for sharing!
What a lovely card! I bet you were glad when you were finished!
Your lucky team Sally - these are goregous! Isn't it funny how easy it is to enjoy our 'stamping' hobby with very little ink involved. Thanks for sharing, Kelly x
Lovely card Sally. Love the embossing - looks great and just adds that wow factor to the card. Thanks so much for being part of the ESAD Holiday Catalogue Blog Hop.
I love your card Sally! So much "big-shotting" on it, and it is so worth it for the final result! I'm so happy I got one of these at the swap on Saturday :D
Beautiful card Sally. Thanks for sharing.
Sally, your card is truly special and unique. I love the Sleigh Ride Edgelits and the Gently Falling TIEF together but I love how you have showcased them both by using the Oval Framelits.
WOW - you were a busy girl :) This is such a beautiful card and SO much better IRL. Thank you for making a special card for me :)
WOW! Beautiful card Sally!Would have taken you forever to cut all these out! Love the scene in the oval. It really highlits lit. The sponging of marina mist and the glitter really make it! Thanks for sharing! Rochelle xo
Love your use of the EF to make snow in this card. Thank you for showing how to take an ordinary tool and turn it into something special.
Have to say I was stoked to be a recipient of this stunning card in our team swap at the weekend. It looks even better ( if thats possible) in real life :)
Mammoth effort Sally! Great card :)
