Now on to my project. I have used the Butterfly Basics Stamp Set and Butterflies Thinlit Dies on page 26 of the Occasions Catalogue. All my cards are in the colour combinations of Blushing Bride, Crumb Cake and Naturals White card stock along with the Irrresistibly Yours Designer Paper on page 15 of the Sale A Bration Supplement.

For my first card I cut out a Butterfly with the Butterflies Thinlets in Naturals White Cardstock then sponged over it with Crumb Cake ink. The stamped Butterfly is layered with a Blushing Bride one with just the slightest bit showing.

For my second card I cut out a Butterfly in Blushing Bride which is layered with a Crumb Cake  one underneath just to give it some depth.

For the third card I  have used some of the new White Jute Ribbon (page43 Occasions Catalogue)  I used the same technique for the Labels Thinlet Die except it has a triple layer of Crumb Cake, Blushing Bride and Naturals White cardstock, I saw the idea for this card on Pinterest made by Susan Best. I have also sponged a piece of Irrresistibly Yours Designer Paper  for the last layer on the card.

For my fourth and last card I punched out a piece of Naturals White Cardstock at both ends with the Ornate Tag Topper Punch (page 35 Occasions Catalogue) I then placed a Butterfly on it and sponged over it then removed the Butterfly to give this effect.

Thanks for stopping by I hoped you enjoyed looking at my cards now you can hop along to Tricia Raineri and check out her project. Don't forget to leave a comment for each blog as I am sure all the Demonstrators would love to hear from you.

Sally, your projects are a total inspiration for me to use my butterflies more often. I love the last one with the butterfly used as a stencil.
