What is ESAD? 

ESAD
Stands for "Extra Special Austrlasian Demonstrators" and it is an on-line group just for Australian and New Zealand Stampin' Up! Demonstrators

We love what we do & love to share with our customers, friends, and wonderful blog visitors. We also share what we love in our ESAD Demonstrator community, through swaps, challenges, sharing knowledge, ideas & friendship, and we're always there to help and support each other.

So if

Now onto my project I have made 4 cards, The two below are in traditional Christmas Colours  Cherry Cobbler and Very Vanilla with some Gold added. I have sponged the Embossed Very Vanilla mat with Crumb Cake, the Cherry Cobbler piece under the Snowflakes is embossed with the Snowflake Flurry Embossing Folder.
Each card has two pieces of the Venetian Lace to give the impression that it is wider.

Other: Big Shot, Magnetic Platform, Snowflake Card Thinlets Dies, Delicate Designs , Filigree Frame and Snowflake Flurry Textured Impressions Embossing Folders, Heat Gun, Venetian Crochet Trim, Basic Rhinestones, Gold Embossing Powder, Embossing Buddy,  Stampin Distress Tool, Stampin' Sponge, Stampin' Dimensionals, Tombow Multi Adhesive 


The next 2 cards are in Lost lagoon and Pear Pizzazz the colours in Stampin' Up!s fabulous All Is Calm Specialty Designer Series Paper. On the Lost lagoon card I have used the Coastal Cabana Blendibilities to colour the Basic Rhinestones, I didn't colour the ones on the Pear Pizzazz card to show the difference between plain and coloured Basic Rhinestones. The tags are made with Vellum card stock then embossed with the Snowflake Flurry Embossing Folder and added a tag of Whisper White card stock under.

A Quick Tip: Very Vintage Buttons

I thought I would share a quick tip with you today, you may have already seen this on Pinterest or in fact on a blog, I love the Very Vintage Buttons in our Catalogue but I also love to heat emboss my Very Vintage Buttons so far I have heat embossed them with Gold and Silver and will try a few other colours as well, This is the one I embossed with Gold Embossing Powder. I have also coloured the Rhinestone with our Blendibilities. All you have to do is place your Button onto the Versamark Ink Pad push it down so it gets covered in Versamark then place the button into your pot or container off Embossing Powder remove it and place onto a board, hold it down by placing a toothpick through one of the holes and heat with your Embossing Tool. then add to your project with a Glue Dot.

I Love Lace Pool Party

I love Basic Black cardstock heat embossed with Pool Party Embossing which I have used on this card, we made this card in class last week, someone did say to me that the lace embossed background reminded her of the lace net stockings she used to wear when she was young at first I wasn't sure what to add to the card then decided on the Oval Framelits I used the flowers from Petite Petals, this sentiment is one of my favourites and is in the Perfect Pennants set. This photo is a bit pale as the card in RIL is so pretty.

Happy Fathers Day

Happy Fathers day to all the Dads, as it is Fathers day I thought I would share a quick and easy card today which (I cased this card from one on Pinterest but it used the For All seasons stamp set) the background is so effective but easy all you have to do is add ink to your embossing folder by gently tapping your ink pad over the side with the ridges. You then place your piece of card stock over the inked up side and gently rub over it or use a brayer. We then stamped one of the images from Work of Art and a sentiment from Teeny Tiny Sentiments. The Dad was cut out using the fabulous new Little Letters Thinlets, We added some Burlap Ribbon and a Basic Metal Button (which was coloured using the Early Espresso Marker) just make sure you leave the button to dry.
