Ghosting on vellum

This card is done with a technique called Ghosting on Vellum. you brayer ink  all over a piece of Vellum and while the ink is wet stamp a “dry” bold image onto the wet Vellum and the stamp picks up the ink and creates this lovely soft reversed image. Let this dry then glue a piece of whisper white card to the back of the vellum  I totally cased this card from Sylvie Drader.
Stamps:  Inspired by Nature, Sincere Salutations
Ink:  Chocolate Chip, Really Rust
Cardstock:  Close to Cocoa, Really Rust, Whisper White, Vellum
Other:  Chocolate Chip 1/4" Grosgrain ribbon

What a great idea using the vellum I'll have to have a go at that.

This is a gorgeous card and technique. IRL you can't tell that you've used vellum. Very clever :)
