Treat Bag Holder

Here is a Treat Bag Holder I made for the NZSU challenge. I made after getting home from the Greenhithe Craft Fair where Janine and I had a table today. They are so quick to make.

 Stamp set : Snow Swirled,
Card stock : Old Olive & Whisper White
Other : Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, 2 way Glue Pen,  Dazzling Diamonds Glitter, Linen Thread, Medium Cellophane Bag.
