Home Sweet Home also Specials offers 15th-21st september

One of my favourite sets in the Holiday Catalogue has to be the Home Sweet Home Bundle, this was our class project on Wednesday night, I just love the The Home Sweet Home House and wanted to make a matching card using the front of the House from the Thinlit. 

I didn't want to use Merry Christmas on the front of the card so I used the sentiment from Embellished Ornaments

For the roof we used Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer card so that it looked like snow, I cased this idea from Maria Fennelly for using the negative piece from the roof scallop Thinlit for the snow on the edge of the roof.

You can see the Glimmer card better in this close up of the House and card. The roof on the card is made using 2 strips of Glimmer card and butting the side of the left piece up against the edge of the right piece so you can't see the join.
